CDL DOT Medical Exam

As a CDL driver, you must have a current medical exam and carry the certification with you at all times. Failure to do so, means you cannot legally operate a vehicle that weighs over 25 tons, transport more than 26 people and/or operate a hazardous material truck.

At Physicals and More, my goal is to make your physical exam as simple and hassle-free as possible.  At this time, I go by appointment only and I am mobile. I recognize that your time is valuable, and this will keep you from having to wait unnecessarily and get you back on the road. 

Pass My Physical is the electronic platform that I use. Below are some advantages it provides you,  the driver:

1. The Pass My Physical platform is very user-friendly and helps you prepare for your exam
2. You can fill out your part of the MCSA-5875 form online in a secure way
3. Depending on your answers, the program will prompt you and provide you guidance and any clearance forms you might need to get prior to getting your medical exam
4. It is up to date on all FMCSA regulations
5. Once the exam is passed, you will get your medical exam certificate before you leave
6. The medical exam results are directly sent to the FMCSA within 24 hours
7. Ability to have the medical exam certificate sent to your employer
8. Helps you SUCCESSFULLY pass your medical exam, the first time.
